AmeriCare Home Care CHC is a local, privately owned agency - not a franchise. We provide exceptional in-home care to seniors on the South Shore. We are reliable, consistant and very accomodating when scheduling changes need to be made. Caregiver services are provided in-home, in assisted living facilities and in rehab hospitals by highly trained, experienced, caring and compassionate caregivers. Services are customized to meet each individuals physical, emotional and social needs. We are committed to helping seniors remain in their own homes safely and with dignity, we offer a free, no obligation in-home consultation. Services are available up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At Community Home Care every client is special.
