Apple Blossom Home Apple Blossom Home is a New 6 Bed Residential Care Facility for Elderly located in Riverside County nestled in Beautiful Woodcrest, CA. The property sits on a sprawling 3.5 acres of equestrian property, surrounded by fruit trees. The Large 1 story ranch style home boast large elegantly decorated Private and Semi-Private rooms, ample closets and newly renovated walk in and wheelchair accessible bathroom and showers. All designed with comfort and safety in mind for our senior residents. We strive to bring about all the comforts of home, so our residents may live as independently as possible in our serene home setting. Apple Blossom Home is locally owned and operated by a Registered Nurse and Firefighter Paramedic. Together we bring safety and security along with loving and compassionate caregivers to provides twenty - four hour care and services to our senior residents. We require all Caregivers to be CPR certified, Live Scan Screened, background checked and trained by our In House RN. We have a live in Licensed Vocational Nurse and an on call Registered Nurse. We feature upgraded technology that allows our residents to receive immediate assistance when in need of a caregiver with one press of a button. Apple Blossom Home basic services include around the clock care by our caring and compassionate caregivers, a spacious bedroom, 3 delicious and nutritious home cooked meals and snacks with unlimited beverages. Personal Care Assistance, Light housekeeping, Laundry, Health and exercise programs, Medication Monitoring and assistance, Social programs, Transportation to Doctor appointments and outings, Access to medical services. Respite care, and Hospice Care. What Makes Us Special Unique Features of Apple Blossom Home include; monthly viewing of an operating horse training facility on our property. Frequent Visits from Therapy Dogs and viewing of dog training center. Weekly Skype and Face-time with family or friends.
