Arizona Sunset Assisted Living is a new and beautiful 24 hour assisted living home located at the base of the San Tan Mountains in the rural community of Queen Creek, Arizona. This gorgeous home has been converted to accommodate the needs of individuals requiring specialized care without having the normal clinical environment associated with many other facilities. We are actively managed by a nurse practitioner, licensed for up to ten residents but only taking up to 8 at this time, with private and semi private rooms available. At Arizona Sunset Assisted Living we seek to provide the highest level of care and compassion in a clean and inviting home environment. We want our residents and their visiting family members to always feel welcome and at home here. Our home is open to healthy visitors of all ages including children. In addition to the daily planned activities, we actively seek opportunities to host community volunteer groups to visit, entertain, and provide social stimulation to our residents. We only hire fully vetted and certified staff who are respectful and enjoy working with the elderly. Our home manager is also a licensed nurse practitioner specializing in geriatrics. We have a chef on staff to create delicious and tasteful meals our residents will look forward to. Arizona Sunset Assisted Living is a luxury home and lifestyle without the luxury price tag. We are family owned and operated and happily welcome tour requests to our beautiful home. Feel free to browse our Activities, Services, and Tour tabs to get to know us, and give us a call! 24/7 Care Professionals We are actively managed by a Licensed Nurse Practitioner to keep an extra level of awareness on the health of the residents in our care. We will happily assist with activities of daily living: bathing, clothing, toileting, medication administration, feeding assistance, etc. At this time, our care-giving staff are allowed resting hours from 10pm - 6am, but they will still be available should any urgent need arise during the night with a resident. Fresh Meals One of the most enjoyable times of each residents day is mealtime. Our meals are prepared daily by our in-house personal chef. All meals are prepared specifically to meet the individual needs of each resident. Our guarantee is to provide a balanced meal that is not boring and meets needs the wishes of each resident. Daily Housekeeping Staff will ensure resident's beds are made each day and rooms deep cleaned weekly. Laundry and linen service offered at least once a week, more often when necessary.
