Autumn Lake Healthcare at Greenfield In 1955, the Kresovic family began operating a 22 bed skilled care home on the corner of 6th and Lapham in Milwaukee as Lapham Convalescent Home which was successful for many years. In January of 1971, Cameo Care Center opened its doors with the goal of continuing a tradition of providing skilled care, in a family, home-like atmosphere. In 2004 we renovated and expanded with 22 private Assisted Living Apartments and a new rehabilitation area. Now in 2013 we are completing an expansion to the Campus that will add our second Assisted Living Neighborhood with 27 NEW Private apartments and enhanced common areas and patios.
