Located in the Southern Oaks subdivision off of Judd Parkway, this home is very convenient to US-401 and NC-55, the Fuquay Varina Community Center, and many shopping centers and restaurants. This home features four private rooms, one semi-private room, heated floors, two bathrooms with roll-in showers, a handicapped accessible kitchen, a large screened-in patio, and a large fenced-in back yard. We are happy to accommodate residents with special diets such as low-sodium, diabetic, etc. We are also happy to accommodate resident’s preferences when planning our menus and will be happy to provide alternatives and substitutions when needed.
