Our 12-story building contains 90 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as our Assisted Living facility. Indoor parking, coupled with controlled building access and 24-hour emergency service, give residents real security. We’re centrally located, overlooking the intersection of I-170 and Delmar, so our residents enjoy being close to the finest shopping and dining St. Louis has to offer. What Makes Us Special 12-story building with a large selection of floor plans. Each apartment boasts fully equipped kitchens with a full-size electric range, built-in microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and dishwasher. These apartments also have spacious closets, wall-to-wall carpeting, and mini/vertical blinds. Pets are welcome too.
