Brook Gardens Place At Brook Gardens Place, we are a smaller senior living community where everyone knows our residents' and their family members' names. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Our community welcomes pets and offers activities to help residents thrive in mind and body, such as exercise classes, arts and crafts, bingo, happy hour, volleyball, king's corners, movie and popcorn nights, sing-alongs, and church services. Our residents also enjoy trips to the outlet mall in Johnson's Creek, going to farmers markets, and participating in community events. We strive to offer high quality assisted living in Lake Mills to provide our residents with the care and attention they deserve.
