What Makes Us Special Horizon Bay offers assisted living and has a dedicated memory care neighborhood all under one roof We have 3 nurses on staff and RN and 2 LPN's that oversees our 24 hour care givers; with their schedules, there is a nurse in the community 7 days a week.
