Care 4 U Unlimited Assistance with bathing (shower, bed bath/basin bath, tub or partial) Assistance with skin care, hair grooming and dressing Assistance with toileting, and personal hygiene (dentures or teeth) Checking TPR, BP and glucose monitoring Medication monitoring Measure and record urinary output, and record bowel movements as required by consumer's physician Clean catheter areas and do ostomy related procedures Assistance with ROM'S and exercise guidelines as required by consumer's physician/therapist Assistance with transfers (Hoyer lift, gait belt, pivot wheel, slide board, walker and wheelchair) Repositioning if bedridden Meal preparation with special diet considerations followed as required Light housekeeping which includes dishes, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, laundry and linen changes Shopping/errands and transportation to and from Dr.'s appointments Our registered nurse visits our consumers every 30-90 days to evaluate the services being provided. Our Office hours of operation are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We are on-call 24 hours, 7 days a week Our Hours of Services are 24 Hours-7 days a week, 365 days a year. Costs of Services varies depending on Service Agreement signed; self pay or through a state or county contracted agency.
