All our caregivers are drug tested prior to hiring and are subject to routine, random drug testing on an ongoing basis. We require all our professional caregivers to have at least two years of paid experience and three favorable references. In addition, we screen each candidate with a criminal background check, and require both a clean child abuse clearance and clean recent driving record. All caregivers must pass a series of tests before being hired, attend a training session that reviews basic care upon acceptance of their employment, and must participate in ongoing training sessions.
