Caring Mission Home Care and TCM Home Health Caring Mission Home Care provides in-home care to seniors and disabled adults. The care provided assists with daily activities that the client is having difficulty performing safely due to a decline in functioning or a temporary medical concern. We understand that all individuals deserve the right to age gracefully in their home and we provide services so that you or your loved one can remain in their home with our assistance. CMHC is a fully transparent agency. With client approval you can gain access into our Family Room online and keep up with tasks completed, scheduling, and billing information regarding your loved one's care. These services are performed by trained and screened caregivers and CNA's that are all supervised by a Registered Nurse. We accept private pay, Long Term Care Insurance and PA medicaid-Aging Waiver clients. TCM Home Health provides intermittent in-home medical care with a team of interdisciplinary professionals; RN, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, Social Workers and Home Health Aides all under the oversight care of the patient's physician. Services are generally covered through the patient's health insurance coverage. We support our community through community education in our Better Breathers Clubs to offer a forum for those suffering from COPD and CHF and their families.
