Carriage Oaks Is this your business? We are a 3 story 80 apartment home not for profit senior independent living community. All homes have balconies or patio. We feature maintenance free living, transportation services and an optional meal program - dinner served Monday through Friday at 5:00 p.m. Apartment homes range in size from 645 sq ft 1 Br 1Bth to 1542 sq ft 2 Br 2 Bth. We have heated underbuilding parking, drywall enclosed storage areas in garage. Community offers many social options including trips, educational speakers, many card and board games weekly, gardening group and much more. We are an entrance fee community where upon transfer to another qualified individual residents re-coup their initial investment plus each apartment home has a yearly factor which it appreciates as long as board votes it in. Community is governed by a board of directors - 3 of it's 6 members are residents who live in the community and are voted in by their peers for a 3 year te rm.
