CelesteCare of Fredericksburg CelesteCare came to exist based on first-hand experiences and family needs creating a vision by its Founders to create an environment and setting that looks and feels like home with the focus on compassionate care, safety and well being, nutrition and social enrichment. Our primary focus is for the residents and their families and creating an environment that allows continued connection and involvement in daily living. Implementing and developing innovative technology that promotes daily interaction with family and peers, stimulates positive experiences and monitors the well being of our residents are directions we feel are key to the future of Assisted Care. After personally struggling to understand the special needs of a loved one diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Gerald and Susan Faldyn determined there was a need for a program specifically designed for Alzheimer’s. It was then that they partnered with and hired the leading experts focused on Alzheimer care and constructed their first Alzheimer dedicated communities in 2008 in the Austin area. In an effort to focus on their own specialized care brand they acquired three communities located in Horseshoe Bay, Fredericksburg and Llano Texas with a goal to further develop a brand of care around the CelesteCare name. A Trusted Team of Caregivers At CelesteCare, we provide exceptional services and support for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. With fun programs and stimulating activities that give our seniors plenty of opportunities for social interaction, our trusted team of caregivers are truly committed to making our residents feel welcome and loved. We have a specialized program called “CelesteCare U” that gives an earned certificate once completed, which is in addition to the state-required training to ensure our staff have additional training reinforcement.
