Cornerstone Health Care Agency We are located between Oklahoma City and Tulsa just off the Turner Turnpike. Cornerstone is a member of the Stroud Chamber of Commerce. Cornerstone is also a member of the Oklahoma Association for Home Care. Our RN Supervisor has been a practicing RN for the last 22 years. She worked as a Cardio-Pulmonary nurse for fourteen years and after that worked as a Advantage RN Case Manager. She is currently a Certified Case Manager and is a member of the Case Management Society of America. She also recently passed her OHCAPA test and is waiting to received her Home Health Administrator certificate. Our staff is very knowledgable and compassionate.
