Country Comfort Princeton It is the philosophy of Country Comfort Retirement Homes, Inc. to provide the highest quality of personal care, focusing on dignity and independence of our residents including various stages of Alzheimer’s disease and other memory loss disorders. “Safe Haven” is designed to meet the specific needs of those individuals suffering from early to mid-stages of Alzheimer’s disease and other related memory loss disorders. “Safe Haven” reflects the home environment in which these special need seniors were most accustomed to in the past by providing warm colors, cozy common areas, sunrooms, a fenced lawn and garden area, as well as short softly lit hallways. The building layout provides a residential living setting that is safe and secure at all times. Activity and food service programs focus on an individual basis as well as resident ability and maintaining the highest level of independence at all times. What Makes Us Special Our smallness (16 residents), home-like setting, high staff to resident ratios, and holistic approaches practiced in Dementia care allow us to provide very individualized care.
