The Danforth's skilled, caring professionals meet regularly with residents, day clients and their families to discuss each individual's plan of care, interests, and needs. We encourage everyone at the Danforth community to express their thoughts, ideas, and concerns through the resident council. Nursing Services The Danforth Adult Care Center is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide a variety of nursing services through our Licensed Home Care Services Agency. Our team of Registered Nurses, Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides are able to provide the following: Comprehensive Case Management Medication Management Nutritional Management, including various physician prescribed diets Incontinence Care Weekend/ Evening Adult Day Care Respite Care Scheduling and Transportation for Medical Appointments Activities Our structured activities program creates a stimulating and nurturing environment and fosters a sense of community.
