Offering independent living, personal care, secured memory care and skilled nursing, this community offers a continuum of care and is uniquely positioned to meet the changing needs of our residents. Originally founded in 1869 as The Baptist Home of Philadelphia, for nearly 150 years, Deer Meadows has been a provider of high-quality residential services that allow seniors to remain active and independent, while confident of the best assistance, support, and medical care. Residents are able to enter our community at any care level and do not have to pay a buy-in that many continuing care requires. Our residents enjoy maintenance-free living in a safe, caring environment. Residents can choose from our beautifully appointed studio, one, or two-bedroom apartments. All our accommodations offer meals, housekeeping, and a recreational and social calendar for our residents' convenience. Our one and two-bedroom apartments have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Studio units have kitchenettes with washer/dryer units on each floor. There is no need to move apartments if you step up from independent living to personal care, as we simply bring the care to you.
