Our home care services allow you or your loved one to remain independent in a home environment for as long as possible. At Ellsworth Healthcare, we understand that deciding to hire a home care service is a difficult decision. Therefore, we aim to make the process easy and we work hard to ensure that you are comfortable every step of the way. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Service: help others; provide guidance and help to those who need it; give to and uplift the community. Services: Personal Care: caregivers are available to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting and preparing meals. Home Care: caregivers are available for companionship; running errands; and housing keeping. Alzheimer’s and Memory Care: caregivers can help care for your loved one and relieve some of the burden that you and your family are experiencing. Transition Care/Post Hospitalization: care available for individuals after surgery, a hospital stay or arriving home from a rehabilitation center. Skilled Nursing: services are provided by a licensed practical nurse or a registered nurse. These services include: wound care, medication management and administration; diabetic care; management of feeding tubes and catheters. Unlike some agencies, we only hire licensed caregivers: registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. All of our caregivers are fully screened and are required to have a criminal background check performed. Our staff is available 24 hours a days, 7 days a week.
