It will be comprised of three residential assisted living wings containing common areas and a controlled-access memory care wing with private common areas. Luxury amenities will include furnishings, kitchenettes in select units, utilities (including cable and internet), three daily chef-prepared meals, laundry facility, activity rooms, beauty salon, transportation, physical therapy room, sunroom, outdoor courtyards and daily housekeeping.
