Family's Choice Caregivers, LLC Family's Choice Caregivers, LLC is a non-franchised, privately owned company. It was started by David and Gina McNamara, specifically to help Gina's mother, Ms. Ellie. After hiring 3 different caregiving (Sitter) companies, a clear need for change became obvious. In order to find the level of care their Mother deserved, they needed a different class of Caregiving Company. Family's Choice Caregivers, LLC was founded on these simple principles: The clients’ safety, privacy and dignity is our absolute top priority. Our management team exists to take care of the Caregivers. Our Care Teams are focused on the Continuity of Care for every client. No Surprises! Ever! Family's Choice Caregiver, LLC was started in November of 2011 and has been exceeding Customers and State Auditors expectations ever since. We offer elevated pay rates, paid Time-Off, paid Client Specific training, Attendance Bonuses, free cash advances, and a commission plan to all of our caregiving professionals. Ever caregiver is introduced to our clients by management - in person! Consequently, we have a considerably low caregiver turn-over rate. Some of our staff have been with us since the very beginning.
