First Call in Home Care staff hires only screened and qualified caregivers (minimum 6 months in a ALF, RCF, AFH or another In Home care agency). And each caregiver participates in an exclusive Training/Orientation program. Our continuing education requirement (utilizing CNA level tests created by Beacon Health) keeps us at the forefront of the industry, and enables us to care for varying types of needs for individuals of all ages. Am I obligated to a specific amount of service? The duration of service is completely at your discretion. We have a 2-hour minimum. Care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or overnight. Schedules may be regular or sporadic(a client needs to utilize one visit every 30 days to be considered active). If it is necessary you may cancel at any time. 24 hours’ notice to the office during normal business hours is all that is required.
