Golden Village Golden Village is a small residential community known today as Assisted Living. It is designed to provide the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with ADL (Activities of Daily Living), such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and medication administration. Our residents enjoy the benefits of personalized assistance and care with our high staff ratio. Golden Village offers a personal care that encourages independence and quality of life in a residential environment with increased level of assistance. What Makes Us Special Our community is locally owned and managed by the owner Margie Labayog, who is a nurse, so we can focus and provide a safe environment and give the quality care.

Tips for Evaluating Your Options
Safety is a primary concern when seniors and their families look for Seniorsite Living. To ensure that a community meets your needs and expectations, we recommend that seniors and family members:
Tour the location:
Touring allows you to speak to current residents and staff, and helps you confirm the accuracy of the community description and photos. Use our touring checklist to help guide your visit.
Confirm the availability of required services:
Before you commit, make sure that the community offers all the services your senior needs, and that those services can be provided within your budget.
Know the California regulations for living type:
Each state has its own laws and inspections processes to ensure seniors reside in a safe environment. Depending on your state, you may even be able to look up inspection reports for the community(ies) you're considering.
