Hearts At Home Hearts At Home specializes in compassionate and professional care for the elderly, including Alzheimer's/Dementia care; personal hygiene assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.); meal preparation; light housekeeping; errands or escorted transportation; medication reminders; and interactive companionship. When appropriate, we partner with hospice and home health agencies to provide a continuum of care. Service schedules range from 1 hour visits to 24x7 constant care. Our caregivers are hand-selected through an intensive interview process and are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured as employees (not contract labor). We take great pride in hiring only the best caregivers. Most are CNA's (Certified Nurse Aides), and all are highly trained, professional and compassionate. We founded, own, and manage Hearts At Home independently. And because we are not a franchise, we have unlimited flexibility to tailor care plans for each customer's specific needs, such as: sending routine e-mail updates to out-of-town loved ones; always personally introducing caregivers; arranging travel companionship/assistance; etc. We know that it takes a leap of faith to hire someone to care for your loved one and we take that position of trust very seriously.
