Home Companion Care - Blackwood Home Companion Care is a private duty non medical home care agency dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their families but helping them remain independent for as long as possible. We have been in business since 2003. We are not a franchise so we can offer flexible schedules that meet the needs of the senior as well as the family member that may be assisting them. Our schedules range from respite care, to a few hours a week, to live in care. For your protection, all of our companions and certified aids are employees of ours and not independent contractors. We perform extensive background checks and each employee is trained, bonded, covered by worker's compensation and liability insurance.
