Assisted Living Our assisted living apartments are offered on a rental basis, with inclusive monthly fees that generally cover 80% to 90% of one’s cost of living expenses. Independent Living The Independent Living Community at Keystone Place at Forevergreen offers one and two bedroom apartments, including a number of handicapped-accessible units. All apartments feature an appealing living room/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, private bathroom(s) and bedroom(s), as well as ample closet space. Most apartments also have a patio or balcony. Apartments are equipped with scald proof hot water controls, non-slip showers, assistance bars, smoke detectors, carpeting, individual temperature controls for heat and air conditioning, range/oven, dishwashers and stackable washer/dryers.
