Livermore Valley Senior Living Welcome to Livermore Valley Senior Living Livermore Valley Senior Living is the only state licensed 20-bed Assisted Living community in the East Bay with licensed nurses on staff. We also have a Physician on staff that works closely with our residents and their families, reinforcing our philosophy of always providing the highest quality of care for every resident. Our medical staff is an essential component to how we service the needs of residents with a higher acuity of care (i.e. Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia, Parkinson’s disease, Diabetes, etc.). Every resident at Livermore Valley Senior Living has a personalized and customized care plan that is unique to their condition and required level of care. Along with our Physician on staff, we also have a Podiatrist on staff that works closely with our team of nurses to help provide the best possible foot care for our residents while they reside at our community. Standard Care Package for Every Resident: Care and supervision Observation for changes in physical, mental, emotional and social functioning; Notification to resident’s family, physician and other appropriate person/agency of resident’s needs; Dressing Eating Toileting Bathing Grooming Mobility tasks Hygiene items of general use, such as soap and toilet paper Laundering of personal clothing Clean bed and bath linens weekly, or as often as needed Cleaning of resident’s room Comfortable and suitable bed and/or bedroom furniture Assistance with taking prescribed and over-the-counter medications in accordance with physician’s instructions unless prohibited by law or regulations Bedside care and tray service for minor temporary illnesses or recovery from surgery Additional Care Needs: Determined by assessments Memory Care Incontinent Care Parkinson Care Paralysis Care Diabetic Care Wound Care Pureed Diet or Dysphasia Care Hospice Support Multiple Person Transfer
