Lutheran Senior Services - Luther Towers 1 Is this your business? Luther Towers offers affordable senior housing in Wilmington, Delaware. Luther Towers provides independent apartments for seniors 62 years of age and older. We have efficiency and one bedroom apartments available. All utilities are included except cable and phone. You can enjoy the company of friendly neighbors, enjoy delicious meals served daily and pamper yourself in our beauty salon along with so many more activities! At Luther Towers, we allow our residents to “Age in place” and not have to stress over a big move when additional assistance is needed. Luther Towers has an assisted living facility in each building, overseen by a Nursing Home Administrator and a Director of Nursing. Certified nurse’s aides are on duty on all three shifts in each building. The aides can assist with medication management and activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing. The aides perform their duties under the supervision of licensed nurses. Weekly housekeeping and laundry/linen services are provided as well as three meals a day in the restaurant in each building. A Registered Dietitian will do a nutritional assessment on admission and is available for consultation. We offer apartment style living at affordable costs. We provide meal plans, housekeeping, some transportation, 24 hour desk security, beauty shop, computer room and service coordinator in each building.
