Madison Pointe Like individual families, each of our communities is unique. Residents in our communities enjoy getting out to visit area attractions. Residents in our communities enjoy having speakers, guests and entertainers come to them. At each of our homes, managers routinely hold a coffee clutch which is an informal gathering for residents and staff to discuss everything from menu options for the dining program, to activities and outings for the month. Our management invite comments and suggestions from residents and families alike. Life at one of our communities is anything but dull! Our residents' days are filled with good food, meaningful activities that can include outings, as well as quiet times, and assistance with personal service needs. We strive to help our residents become participants in their community - we feel it is a vital aspect to maintaining a high quality of life.

Tips for Evaluating Your Options
Safety is a primary concern when seniors and their families look for Seniorsite Living. To ensure that a community meets your needs and expectations, we recommend that seniors and family members:
Tour the location:Â
Touring allows you to speak to current residents and staff, and helps you confirm the accuracy of the community description and photos. Use our touring checklist to help guide your visit.
Confirm the availability of required services:Â
Before you commit, make sure that the community offers all the services your senior needs, and that those services can be provided within your budget.
Know the California regulations for living type:Â
Each state has its own laws and inspections processes to ensure seniors reside in a safe environment. Depending on your state, you may even be able to look up inspection reports for the community(ies) you're considering.
