Mountain Trace Terrace is an income based HUD property for seniors age 62 or older. We are an independent living facility. All of our units are one bedroom apartments. This property opened in 2008 and is located in South Tucson,Arizona. We do accept one small pet with a fully refundable deposit. Our facility is gated and controlled access. We are conveniently located behind a shopping center and close to bus lines. We are only minutes from medical centers and restaurants. The building is two stories with an elevator on each end. The interior hallways are carpeted and air conditioned. All areas have ceiling mounted fire sprinklers and lighted smoke detectors for hearing impaired. All units are equipped with emergency pull cords in the bathrooms and bedrooms. These alarms are monitored and emergency services will be contacted . Electric, water,sewer and trash are included in the rent.
