New Friends Community New Friends, managed by Vibrant Life Communities, offers an entirely new approach to assisted living, memory support and dementia care. Simply, we don’t change the way we treat someone just because they may have changed. In fact, we change. In our Vibrant Life philosophy, we passionately believe each person can continue having a life and remain vibrant – despite changes in a person’s physical or cognitive needs. The professional care and support we provide becomes more of a background in their lives rather than the main focus. That’s why we like to call what we do “LIVING with assistance.” We do this by creating a living plan for each person and their family, based on their needs, desires and strengths. At New Friends, people live in their own suites in one of our three comfortable and inviting lodges, with warm wood tones, big screen TVs and even a café. With music of their era playing in one room, the big game on in another, and fresh coffee brewing, New Friends is more like your favorite local coffeehouse. No scrubs, no nurse’s stations, no sterile environment. We have created a place the whole family wants to come to.
