Our community has a range of apartments varying from a 325 square foot studio up to a 912 square foot two-bedroom apartment. Our community is located just off a main street (F Ave NW) and is located in a large residential area of Cedar Rapids. Our community is equipped with multiple common areas including a dining room, chapel, library, exercise room, hair salon, and a beautiful rooftop garden. Our community is not overwhelming even though we have an abundance of common areas.
