Many of our residences have laundry rooms and we also have two free laundry rooms. Whether you choose a location facing our private courtyard or a view toward the prairie you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of your new home at the Regency. Your residence maintenance free with no worries about repair or replacement of all those everyday items you use so much like the appliances, furnace or plumbing items. Just one call to the Executive Director will take care of your service order. Our amenities include a community/dining room where you can entertain your family or friends, play the baby grand piano, or have a cup of coffee and share the latest happenings in Clinton. You'll enjoy the fireplace or a view of the courtyard, or partake in a pot luck dinner. There are great books to read in our library or perhaps play a game of pool in our billiards area. For those of you with a need to work on a project we have a very nice work shop located in one of our detached garages. Another nice feature of life at the Regency is our complimentary transportation for shopping or medical appointments. Come experience the Regency Residence of Clinton! What Makes Us Special We feature ranch style living in an intimate setting of just 28 residences with either attached or detached garages. There are no stairs or elevators at all in the community!

Tips for Evaluating Your Options
Safety is a primary concern when seniors and their families look for Seniorsite Living. To ensure that a community meets your needs and expectations, we recommend that seniors and family members:
Tour the location:
Touring allows you to speak to current residents and staff, and helps you confirm the accuracy of the community description and photos. Use our touring checklist to help guide your visit.
Confirm the availability of required services:
Before you commit, make sure that the community offers all the services your senior needs, and that those services can be provided within your budget.
Know the California regulations for living type:
Each state has its own laws and inspections processes to ensure seniors reside in a safe environment. Depending on your state, you may even be able to look up inspection reports for the community(ies) you're considering.
