We serve more than 700 members in Tennessee and are expanding to other states this year. We currently accept CHOICES members and private pays clients. Our services include home delivered meals, Lifeline personal emergency response system, personal care, in-home respite (temporary relief for full time caregiver), assistance with errands and shopping, medication reminders, prescription pick up, minor home modifications, light housekeeping and more.
