Our residents enjoy the privacy of having their own home as well as the enjoyment of daily community activities. StoneGate has both one and two bedroom apartments as well as two bedroom townhomes. All of our homes have a private entry and attached garage...our townhomes even have an attached two car garage! We include water. Our residents take advantage of our required Ultimate Technology Package at a discounted rate of $79 per month added to the rental rates shown. This feature includes High-Speed Wireless Internet (up to 100 Mbps), Digital Cable with 200+ Channels and SHOWTIME. Our newest feature is our door to door Valet Trash and Recycling that all residents take advantage of for just $14 per month. We're currently in the process of upgrading our homes with stainless steel appliances in every apartment and walk-in tub/shower in all lower apartments. Our homes also have granite counter tops. All upper floor plans can have a chair lift installed. You can also choose to customize your home with wood plank flooring. Another feature that our residents enjoy is our Smoke-Free Building option.
