Sun Tower is a non-profit community that has been serving the Yakima Valley for over 39 years, providing services to people 62 years of age and older without regard to race, color, sex, creed, disability or national origin. Located downtown, within walking distance of shopping, the theater, the YMCA and YWCA, post office, the Yakima Convention Center and both local and out of town buses. Sun Tower is the perfect setting for a combination of Retirement Housing and Assisted Living. Our spacious home includes a library, a mini-grocery store, beauty salon, guest suite, and large multi-purpose room with an outdoor walking track on the 12th floor which provides us with the 'BEST VIEW IN TOWN'. Our food service personnel are skilled in preparing the proper foods for those with special needs. Sun Tower Assisted Living staff is devoted to providing health care monitoring, assistance with medications, help with daily living activities, and 24 hour care with a registered nurse also on staff. As well as daily group activities and entertainment for our residents enjoyment.
