Elements you would see in visiting The Arbors at Lakeview Bend are staff embracing the residents Life Story, our 30-second rule, a staff well informed of the disease process, being empathic, using constructive humor, using friend's Life Story basis for cueing, setting realistic expectations, using constructive humor, and developing flexibility. Our admission counseling services are comprehensive. Our administrator helps guide the family through all of the care options available to them as well as through the maze of paperwork involved with accessing our public long term care benefits.
