About Terrebonne Place

Terrebonne Place Terrebonne Place is a small senior living community where we get to know each other and make friends easily. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and can coordinate transportation for our residents and arrange visits by home health providers. A full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. We welcome pets and help our residents thrive in mind and body by offering a variety of activities, such as card and board games, walking club, arts and crafts, bingo, live entertainment, popcorn socials, bible study, sing-alongs, and manicures. Our residents also enjoy invigorating outdoor activities such as gardening, ice cream socials, and parades. We do our best to provide excellent assisted living care for our residents.

Tips for Evaluating Your Options

Safety is a primary concern when seniors and their families look for Seniorsite Living. To ensure that a community meets your needs and expectations, we recommend that seniors and family members:

  • Tour the location:

Touring allows you to speak to current residents and staff, and helps you confirm the accuracy of the community description and photos. Use our touring checklist to help guide your visit.

  • Confirm the availability of required services:

Before you commit, make sure that the community offers all the services your senior needs, and that those services can be provided within your budget.

  • Know the California regulations for living type:

Each state has its own laws and inspections processes to ensure seniors reside in a safe environment. Depending on your state, you may even be able to look up inspection reports for the community(ies) you're considering.
