What Makes Us Special The Hearth at Franklin has a beautiful outdoor green space with a paved walkway, located directly next to door to the Williamson Recreation Center, and we offer 24/7 access to nursing care for Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care residents. Our Assisted Living residents are able to receive several different levels of care based on their individual needs. Our memory care residents benefit from our Mosher Garden Methods, a memory care program designed to meet the needs of residents diagnosed with dementia.
