Our secured Memory Care Community is under the Supervision of a Licensed Nurse and features its own private dining room, laundry room and activity program. The Trace is unique in that we have no buy-in fee, nor do we require a long term contract. Residents enjoy the community on a month-to-month basis, and the monthly rent is guaranteed for 1-year from the move-in date.
