Most study evidence indicates that long-term home care (including hospice at home) provides significantly greater client and family caregiver satisfaction. Combining the increase in satisfaction, improvement in results and decreased costs, it no longer makes much sense to go the route of long term nursing facility care. All of our caregivers are trained in the National Private Duty Association code of ethics. As well, they are hired only as full-time employees and carefully screened prior to and at random, if needed, for criminal and drug issues. Our organization is insured and bonded.
