Individualized, client-centered training would be provided in accordance with the client's plan of care. Quality Assurance At TLC Home Care, our staff will visit the client's home while the caregiver is present. The purpose is to evaluate and assist with the changing needs of the client. TLC also assesses the client's satisfaction with our service. If changes or improvements are needed, we will immediately address those requests.
