The Hendrickson is an exceptional 55+ senior living community located on Larpenteur Avenue near Snelling Avenue. We will offer a variety of studio, one, and two bedroom apartments, all complete with full kitchens, washers and dryers, and balconies with spectacular views. The main floor will house our library, and large community room with fireplace, full kitchen, private dining, and walk out to our screened porch. Just beyond the porch we will have a large patio and planting boxes for our residents to use! On the second floor you will find our full fitness center and additional storage lockers for use.
