Touching Hearts at Home, St. Paul What we do: Touching Hearts at Home's mission is to help seniors and people with disabilities preserve their quality of life and remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. We do this by providing non-medical companionship, caregiving and homemaking services. Through sharing, caring, and helping, we strive to give peace of mind to both our clients and their families. We provide individualized non-medical home care services and activities, including memory care, in the secure and familiar surroundings of your home. Services can be provided up to 24 hours, 7-days-a-week, including weekends and holidays, with no minimum number of visits per week, or minimum hours per shift. We partner with other community providers whenever additional services are identified. Who we are: We are a locally owned and operated, second-generation family company, that has served this area since 1996. Our caregivers are very selectively screened, hired, and trained. We won't place someone in your home that we would not place in our own home. They are not only screened for their skills and experience, but they must also demonstrate a true passion for serving others. We take pride in trying to find the best match for our clients in the caregivers we introduce to them. How it works: We will come to your home for a no-cost, no-obligation consultation. Together we will develop a plan of care based on your needs and desires. Examples of services we provide: Light housekeeping, meal prep, errands and transportation, medication reminders, memory care, laundry, companionship, and much more.
