This boutique community provides high-quality care with an All-Inclusive price point. Our monthly rate is a flat fee regardless of the level of care needed. We provide support to those who require help with activities of daily living such as cooking, personal care, and medication reminders. Two Hearts’ purpose is to provide more personalized care to seniors in an environment that feels as if they were in their own home. Thoughtfully designed, this single-level ranch-style home was designed for intimacy, accessibility, and privacy for those who require help but still want to feel like they are at home rather than in a larger facility. The open concept of the main area of the home is based on the feeling of family. The hope is that those living in the home feel supported not only by the caregivers but each other - just like family. At Two Hearts Homes for Seniors, all our rooms our private. Licensed for 16 residents, we have a low number of residents to available caregivers. Depending upon the time of day, we can offer a ratio of 1 -2 caregivers to 5-7 residents. Because of our small size, we offer flexibility in meal preferences, activities, interests, and entertainment. When it comes to helping your loved one, we believe we are fully equipped with the right team in place in order to provide the care and attention your loved one deserves.
