Foremost, Dove Home Health is well-established as a premier Adult Foster Care located in beautiful Eastmoreland in Portland, Oregon, near the exquisite Eastmoreland Golf Course, Reed College Campus and Crystal Springs Park, complete with lovely lakes and waterfalls. In house, Dove Home Health provides 24-hour care for wheelchair clients; stroke/handicapped victims; memory loss clients; and clients who are incontinent or have other medical problems. All residents are overseen by our in-house RN, OrvaLee Farris. Additional services include general health monitoring; dispensing and ordering of all medication; visits by a professional hairdresser; in-home physical therapy, dental, and lab services; and a mobile x-ray unit. All residents are offered a delicious balanced diet prepared on-site. Residents may eat in their rooms, enjoy the company of other residents, or sit with family members at the dining table. Dove offers many enjoyable activities. One favorite activity is our roaming musicians who sing favorite songs in private concerts. Because of our loving care and the quality of life that we offer, a vacancy at DHH is a rare and notable event. However, our health care services does not end in our house. We'll fax your list to your doctor and get his signature. From here changes are easily done and prescription refills become a breeze. As we work with you on an ongoing basis, we'll stay on top of the correspondence with the doctor so he can verify your specific medications.
