We have an Administrator that is a registered nurse and has been here for nearly 18 years. Our maintenance director has been here for 15 years. We have one caregiver that has been caring for our residents for more than 30 years. The average length of stay for our employees is about 7 years. That is important in the continuity of care to our residents. It is nice to know that the same people are here to meet your needs. We care with heart and want to make this transition as comfortable as possible. We, as a Windsor team, have been working with families and residents for many years and understand how difficult making the decision to come into assisted living can be. We understand that what may seem like giving up your independence can be scary but it is important to know that our desire is to help you to be as independent as you can be and that we are here to hep you in those dependent times. Memory Care When someone is suffering with the progressive stages of memory loss, they will need more support and assistance as the disease progresses. We offer the care needed to help with this process. Hospice We believe that through compassionate care, residents can approach the end of their lives with dignity and comfort in a pleasant environment. We focus on the quality of life, rather than the quantity of life. Activities We employ an energetic and friendly team to always give you Activities in which to participate. You’ll surely gain new friends in the staff and the other residents while participating in games, outings and performances. Additionally, our Social Services team will proactively help with appointments, transportation and discharge planning.
